Health is a stewardship.
I seek to care for my body as a gift from God, recognizing that good health enables continued service to Him and to others.
Lifestyle matters.
Daily habits practiced consistently over many years often have a greater impact than short-term interventions.
Laboratory trends tell a story.
Single laboratory values are informative, but long-term trends provide a more complete understanding of health.
Partnership with physicians.
The Health Inventory is intended to complement—not replace—the guidance of qualified healthcare professionals by providing organized, longitudinal information for informed decision-making.
