Overall health is stable. Systemic inflammation that peaked in 2021 remains well controlled based on CRP and ESR. Blood pressure is currently under review due to seasonal changes. Lipid studies continue to demonstrate a stable pattern of elevated LDL with high HDL and low triglycerides. Autoimmune testing in 2026 demonstrated a positive ANA and elevated antiphospholipid IgA/IgM antibodies without evidence of active systemic inflammation. The patient remains active and independent in daily activities.
